Today we went in for our annual vision exam. It was the best one yet! No wait, we walked in with a 1015 appointment and were immediately taken to an exam room. Dr. Mersch was great with my 5 year old daughter. Walked her through the whole exam, talking to her the whole time. At one point telling her she was a great listener and he was so patient. Angie is ALWAYS amazing. Friendly, kind, smiling, and today she was extra festive with a great holiday sweater (yes this matters to a 5 year old 6 days before Christmas!) She picked out an Ariel sticker to surprise my daughter and had no idea Ariel is a favorite of hers too. She was still talking about it in the car on the way home. Thank you to both of you. It’s the little things that keep us coming back.
